Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please notify us and return it to us within 7 days of delivery with all original packaging and labels intact. The goods must be unworn, unmarked and undamaged - if the label and/or tags are removed, we will take assume the costume has been worn and no refund will be issued. Please complete request a "Refund Sheet" from our sales department giving details of any replacement style, size and colour or reason for return. Please note we do not offer refunds on sale items or bikinis.

Please note : NO original box and packaging = NO refund.

Products and boxes that have been worn and / or disfigured are not eligible for refunds as we are unable to re-sell these items.

We advise that you use a postage service that is trackable and insured to protect yourself in case of loss or damage. My Snooty Booty will refund postage on faulty items. The customer is responsible for the postage on non-faulty or unwanted items.

If you chose to have a refund, your card will be re-credited the full amount less additional non-refundable delivery charges such as European delivery or worldwide delivery and a 15% administration fee will be charged for restocking.

NB : Please allow a minimum of 3 days for processing and 10 days for the money to be returned into your account by the means you paid. Please allow up to 28 days in extremely busy periods.
